DADMAC
Diallyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chroride
DADMAC(Osaka soda) is an aqueous cationic quaternary ammonium salt that is a water-soluble monomer with two pendent double bonds. It undergoes cyclization polymerization to form a linear homopolymer by UV/light or by free radical polymerization reactions.
It can also copolymerize and crosslink with acrylamide, acrylate, methacrylate, and other monomers to form various types of copolymers. These polymers are used as polymer coagulants, paper manufacturing agents (yield improvers), dye fixing agents, cosmetic additives, antistatic agents, conductive agents, and resin additives.
Made in JAPAN.
