The Kowa Group is a multinational corporation based in Japan that works with more than 100 group firms to expand its operations globally. Kowa handles the import and export of monomers, materials for cosmetics and toiletries, all classes of chemicals including hazardous materials, and medicinal ingredients and intermediates. We have a large global network in this industry and manage sales on behalf of foreign manufacturers for products that are handled under agency agreements.

KOWA American Corporation is currently a component of an extensive global distribution network that links the supply and demand for specialized chemicals on a global scale. Established connections with Japanese manufacturers serve as the cornerstone and essence of KOWA American’s value proposition.

For more than 30 years, our clients in America have benefited from a well-balanced product portfolio that we build with our strong sourcing acumen in Asia’s emerging economies, China, Philippines, and India. In addition to selling goods, we also want to help our clients find the ideal solution.

OUR MARKETS

We have seven partner warehouses in stateside. Specialty acrylate, methacrylate, acrylamide, anhydride monomers, HDI isocyanates, PMMA microparticles, and other specialty chemical products are all available from KOWA American Corporation. The main objective of Kowa American Corporation is to market these diverse chemical compounds in North and South America.

Kowa also produces activated carbon derived from coconut shells at our plant in Davao City on Mindanao island, the Philippines. After 30 years of operation, PJAC is now the third largest manufacturer of coconut-shell carbons in the world. Gold mining, air filtration, water treatment are a few of the numerous applications these carbons can be used for.
